Discovery & Research

Establishing a brand always starts with the company’s discovery and thorough research. The discovery process identifies the company’s story, mission, and unique value proposition while the research process helps define customers’ persona and analyze competitors.

The discovery and research are a crucial guide for a successful strategy and creative visual identities design.

Brand Strategy & Identity design

A thoughtful brand strategy is an outcome of the discovery and research sessions and addresses a company’s Values, Mission, Story, Positioning, Messaging, Touchpoints, and preferred Customers’ persona.

Brand visual identities are a visual representation of the strategy. Identities are designed with two principal missions: To be the image of the company and to resonate with customers’ specific emotions and perceptions.

Delivery & Review

Once the brand strategy and visual identity are designed, they are delivered to the client and a series of iteration is done to ensure the client’s satisfaction and branding project success.

A typical branding project comprises the following deliverables:

Brand strategy: Values, Mission, Story, Positioning, Messaging, Touchpoints, Customers’ persona, and Competitor Research.

Visual identities design: Logo, Logo Variations, Color palette, Typography, Stationeries, Social Medias template, Marketing collaterals, and a Brand Guideline.
